Enemy Types and Abducted Humans
So I've just pushed another little update that's added a few different enemy types - a chaser and a shooter - as well as the flyers being able to abduct humans; but don't worry, you can shoot the flyer and save the human!
There isn't a whole lot more I can think of adding to it as an example, so I will see about cleaning it up a bit and making the project available. It still works in the Trial version of GameMaker Studio 2 as well.
The main bits left to do, that I can think of, is cleaning up the explosions so they match the correct enemy colour, and having an explosion for the human hitting the ground from too high a fall. I should also add some way of gaining lives, and perhaps a quick high score table and sounds.
Hopefully I don't take another year to do that!
